Body Attack Supplements: What's Actually Worth Buying
I got into a whole rabbit hole last month trying to figure out which Body Attack products are genuinely good and which ones are just filler in their lineup padded out to look bigger on the shelf. Supplement brands do this a lot, twenty different tubs that are basically the same three ingredients repackaged. So I went through their catalog, checked ingredient lists against what's actually backed by research, and compared prices against the usual names like Optimum Nutrition and MyProtein.
Here's the honest breakdown.
The Protein Powders
Body Attack's whey protein lines are where they're strongest. The macros are competitive, and the flavor reviews are consistently better than a lot of budget brands, which matters more than people admit when you're drinking the same shake five times a week.
Their vegan protein option is decent but noticeably thinner in texture compared to the whey versions. If you're not vegan or lactose intolerant, there's no real reason to pick it over the whey line.
Pre Workouts
This is where things get mixed. Some of their pre workout formulas lean heavy on caffeine without much else backing it up, which works fine if you just want a jolt but isn't doing much beyond that. Their more advanced formulas include creatine and beta alanine in doses that are actually close to what research supports, not just sprinkled in for the label.
If you're buying pre workout from them, check the label for actual dosages rather than trusting the marketing copy on the front of the tub. A lot of brands, Body Attack included sometimes, list ingredients without listing the amount, which usually means the amount is too small to matter.
The Stuff You Can Skip
Fat burners and most of the "detox" category products are where I'd tell people to save their money. The research backing most fat burner ingredients is weak at best, and a proper diet and training plan will outperform any pill in that category every time. This isn't a Body Attack specific problem, it's basically true of every brand in this space.
Price Compared to Bigger Names
Body Attack usually sits a bit cheaper than Optimum Nutrition for comparable protein quality, which is honestly the main reason to consider them over the more recognizable brand. You're not getting a worse product, you're paying less for a name that isn't as widely known outside Europe.
Getting the Best Price
Their sales tend to cluster around New Year (obvious reasons) and again around late summer before back to school season. Stacking a seasonal sale with an active discount code is where you'll see the biggest gap between what you'd pay on a random Tuesday versus buying at the right time.
Current Body Attack discount codes are listed here on Promosavy, updated as new ones become available, since the codes on their own site don't always reflect the newest offers.
Bottom Line
If you want solid whey protein without paying premium brand pricing, Body Attack is a reasonable pick. Skip the fat burners and detox products regardless of which brand you're buying from. For pre workout, just read the label before you buy instead of trusting the front of the tub.
